Kent Codified Ordinance

Codified Ordinance 1120.06: Shall consist of five members appointed by Council for staggered three year terms. Initial terms shall be as follows: one member for a term of one year; two members for a term of two years; and two members for a term of three years. Subsequent appointments shall be for terms of three years.
